General Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Validity

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between True Brodo GmbH and its customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract becomes binding upon the submission of the order containing the items in the shopping cart and the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Orders cannot be canceled or modified by the customer once they have been placed.

3. Delivery Reservation

The offers on our website are non-binding. In case of delivery or production shortages, True Brodo GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. The already paid purchase price will be refunded in the event of contract withdrawal.

4. Prices

All prices are per item in CHF (Swiss Francs). The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. Price changes are reserved. Assortment, price, and condition changes are possible at any time and do not require prior notice. All mentioned prices include 2.5 percent value-added tax (VAT) and exclude shipping costs.

5. Delivery Conditions

Our delivery conditions apply to shipping within Switzerland. Delivery timeframes are non-binding. Orders are typically processed and shipped every Monday. Orders with prepayment will be shipped after the entire invoice amount has been credited. The minimum order quantity is CHF 50.-. For orders with a total value of CHF 100.- or more, True Brodo GmbH covers the shipping costs. Shipping within Switzerland is generally done through the Post and VinoLog. The actual shipping costs are visible before confirming the order. Delivery is usually made within two to three working days from the shipping date. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Shipping costs are only charged once for partial deliveries.

6. Defects

Externally visible defects in the purchased item must be reported and substantiated by email within seven days of delivery. Product-related errors must be reported and substantiated by email within 7 days of consumption, but no later than seven days after the expiration date indicated on the product. True Brodo GmbH independently decides on replacing the purchased item or providing an appropriate price reduction.

7. Payment Options Switzerland

7.1 Advance Payment

The purchase price for payment in advance is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation. The order confirmation represents a net price, and any deductions of any kind are not allowed.

7.2 Credit Card / Postcard / Twint or Other Methods via Payrexx

When paying via Payrexx, the invoice amount is immediately transferred to True Brodo GmbH.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Although all content on this page has been prepared with the utmost care, we cannot guarantee the absence of incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. The liability for the content of external websites lies solely with their operators.

9. Data Protection Regulations

True Brodo GmbH respects the privacy of website users. Customer data provided will only be used for the order process. Customer data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. True Brodo GmbH will not send newsletters or promotional emails to customers without their explicit consent. The processing of credit card payments is done through the Payrexx platform. True Brodo GmbH does not have access to your credit card number or sensitive card data. We use Google Analytics. You can deactivate Google Analytics with the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

We use Campaign Monitor software for sending our newsletters.

10. Copyright

All content on www.truebrodo.ch is protected by intellectual property rights and may only be used with the written permission of True Brodo GmbH.

11. Final Provisions

If individual provisions or parts of these General Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between True Brodo GmbH and its customers is subject to Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is 2502 Biel.
