
Bone broth with fresh wild garlic

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 2.5 dl TrueBrodo chicken or beef bone broth
- 1 handful of fresh wild garlic
- optional: 1 tsp ghee, olive oil or roasted sesame oil
Preparation:
- Bring the broth to a boil in a small saucepan, then reduce the heat.
- Roughly chop the wild garlic and add it at the very end – this way the valuable ingredients are preserved.
- Refine with a teaspoon of oil:
• Ghee for warmth and depth
• Olive oil for Mediterranean freshness
• Roasted sesame oil for an Asian touch
Enjoy hot.
Tip:
Add raw, pureed wild garlic directly to the hot broth for maximum freshness and nutrients.
