1. Terms and Validity
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions between True Brodo GmbH and its customers.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract becomes binding upon submission of the order for the items in the shopping cart and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified by the customer.
3. Delivery Reservation
All offers on our website are non-binding. In the event of supply or production shortages, True Brodo GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract of sale. In such cases, any payment already made will be fully refunded.
4. Prices
All prices are per item in CHF. The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. Price changes remain reserved. Changes to the assortment, prices, and terms may be made at any time without prior notice. All prices include 2.5% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
5. Delivery Terms
Our delivery terms apply to shipments within Switzerland. Delivery times are non-binding. Orders are generally processed and shipped every Monday. For orders paid in advance, dispatch takes place once full payment has been received. The minimum order amount is CHF 50. For orders over CHF 100, shipping costs are covered by True Brodo GmbH.
Shipments within Switzerland are sent via Swiss Post and VinoLog. The applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized. Delivery usually takes place within two to three business days from the shipping date.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In such cases, shipping costs are charged only once.
6. Defects
Visible defects must be reported by email within seven days of delivery, with appropriate documentation. Product defects must be reported by email within seven days of consumption, but no later than seven days after the product’s stated expiration date, along with appropriate documentation. True Brodo GmbH will independently decide whether to replace the product or offer a suitable price reduction.
7. Payment Methods in Switzerland
7.1 Prepayment
The purchase price for orders by prepayment is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation. The order confirmation reflects the net price; deductions of any kind are not permitted.
7.2 Credit Card / Postcard / Twint or Others via Payrexx
For payments made via Payrexx, the invoiced amount is transferred immediately to True Brodo GmbH.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While all content on this website is created with great care, we cannot rule out incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. The operators of any external websites linked on our site are solely responsible for their content.
9. Data Privacy
True Brodo GmbH respects the privacy of its website users. Customer data is used exclusively for order processing and is not shared or sold to third parties. Customers will not receive newsletters or marketing emails from True Brodo GmbH without their explicit consent.
Credit card payments are processed via Payrexx. True Brodo GmbH has no access to your credit card number or sensitive card data.
We use Google Analytics. You may disable Google Analytics using the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).
Our newsletters are sent using Campaign Monitor.

All content on www.truebrodo.ch is protected by intellectual property law and may only be used with the written permission of True Brodo GmbH.
11. Final Provisions
If any individual provisions or parts of these General Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between True Brodo GmbH and its customers is governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 2502 Biel, Switzerland.
