White rice noodles organic EU

I've been looking for good rice noodles for a long time - and these are the best I've ever found.

Preparation is important:
If you want them al dente, for example for our Pho, then you should only cook the noodles very briefly.
Bring water to a boil, add the noodles, and let them simmer for 2 to 3 minutes—no longer. Then you can add them directly to the soup.

If I need to do it quickly, I do it like this:
I take some chicken or beef broth, dilute it slightly with water, add salt to taste, and heat everything until boiling. Then I add the rice noodles directly and let them simmer for two minutes.
Wonderfully simple – and delicious.
