5-Minute Broth
1. Pour 1 glass of TrueBrodo into the pan.
2. Dilute with approximately 1.5 dl of water to taste.
→ Then, add a little salt to taste, if needed.
→ If you like, you can add some soy sauce , tamari or a spoonful of miso - depending on your taste.
→ A few drops of sesame or olive oil complete the dish.
→ This creates up to two servings.
3. Heat until it boils.
You can also add the vegetables beforehand – then it will go even faster.
4. Use a vegetable that cooks quickly and is easy to digest –
for example , Chinese cabbage, pak choi or leek .
If you take carrots:
Use a potato peeler to cut them into thin strips – this way they will cook along with the rest in a few minutes.
5. Add rice noodles directly to the broth (or cook separately).
6. Let it sit briefly, finish with chives, spring onions or coriander –
depending on what you currently have.
If you like, you can also add leftovers from a chicken leg, a slice of roast meat or some boiled meat - if you happen to have meat leftovers and like it.
Food.
Five minutes later, you'll feel better – calm, full, clear.
