
Breakfast broth - healthy and full of protein
~ 6 min / Forget that sugary breakfast! This healthy, easy-to-make, protein-packed broth is the perfect way to start your day. This recipe uses your favorite herbs with a raw egg.
Ingredients:
1 fresh egg
2.5dl beef or chicken broth
Ginger, garlic
Parsley, coriander or chives
Preparation:
Crack a raw egg into a bowl
Mix with a fork to ensure that the egg whites and yolks combine perfectly.
Pour 2-3 dl of boiling broth over it (a piece of ginger and/or garlic can be added when boiling)
Add pepper, parsley, chives, etc. as desired… Voilà.
