More Protein (Collagen) for More Strength
With our high-quality Swiss bone broth, we achieve a very high protein content by simmering the largest possible amount of bones in water.
For consumption, the bone broth can be diluted, but for the cure, it can also be used undiluted for a more intensive effect.
What Can High-Quality Bone Broth Do for You?
Bone broth contains collagen. Collagen is a protein. Proteins contribute to:
- an increase in muscle mass
- the maintenance of muscle mass
- the maintenance of normal bones
How Can I Recognize High-Quality Bone Broth?
The collagen content indicates the concentration of protein from the connective tissue. This is easily noticeable when the bone broth solidifies in the refrigerator.
The high protein content (17 g per jar for beef, of which 16 g is collagen; 12 g for chicken, of which 7 g is collagen) and the quality justify the higher price.
Top Organic Quality
All the ingredients we use for our organic bone broths have Bio-Suisse Knospen quality, the label that scored best in the WWF evaluation. This means that the animals are kept in humane conditions and have plenty of room to roam on pasture. The organic feed comes predominantly from the same farm and is free from genetic engineering and other additives.
