1. Conditions and validity

The terms and conditions apply to all business between True Brodo GmbH and its customers.

2. Conclusion

The contract becomes effective by sending the order with the goods contained in the basket as well as the recognition of these Conditions. Was orders can not be canceled or changed by the customer.

3. Delivery of title

The offers on our website are subject to change. In the case of delivery or production bottlenecks which True Brodo GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The purchase price already paid will be refunded with a cancellation of the contract.

4. Prices

All prices are per item in CHF. Apply at the time of order prices shown. Price changes reserved. Assortment, price and condition changes are possible at any time and do not require notice. All prices are inclusive of 2.5 percent VAT and excluding shipping costs.

5. delivery

Our conditions apply to the shipment within Switzerland. Information regarding delivery periods are not binding. Orders are generally shipped every Tuesday. Orders against prepayment be sent to credit the entire invoice amount. The minimum order quantity is CHF 50.-. Starting from CHF 150.- the delivery costs are absorbed by True Brodo GmbH.
The shipment in Switzerland is generally by parcel service dpd. The effective delivery costs are shown before the triggering of the order. Delivery is usually within two to three working days from dispatch.
True Brodo GmbH reserves the rights
to partial deliveries. In a partial delivery shipping fees are charged only once.

For the unsuccessful delivery, the receiving options by dpd apply:

Schedule a new appointment
Delivery to a new address
Notification with authorization to deposit
Delivery to pickup parcel shop

6. Defects

Externally visible defects on the purchased goods are within seven days to report for delivery via email and documented. Failure of the product itself are within 7 days after consumption, but to report no later than seven days after the expiry date stated on the product via email and documented. The True Brodo GmbH autonomously decide on a replacement of the purchased item or a reasonable price reduction.

7. Payment Switzerland
7.1 Payment

The purchase price for payment after payment is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation. In the order confirmation is a net price. Deductions of any kind are not permitted.

7.2 PayPal or credit card

If you pay with PayPal or credit cards through PayPal, the invoice amount is transferred immediately to True Brodo GmbH.

8. Liability Notice

Although all contents have been developed on this site with the greatest care, we can not rule out incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. The responsibility for the content on external sites incumbent exclusively their operators.

9. Privacy Policy

True Brodo GmbH respects the privacy of users of the website. The data provided by customer data received will be used only for the ordering process. It will give or sell any customer information to third parties. It will be sent to customers without the express wish of any newsletter or promotional emails from True Brodo GmbH.
The settlement of credit card payment is made through the platform of Paypal. True Brodo GmbH has no access to your credit card number or your sensitive card data.

True Brodo GmbH can use on the third party plugins on their website, e.g. Facebook or Twitter, on their privacy policies True Brodo GmbH has no influence. Should the user wish that none of these plugins are loaded, it is recommended to log out from the respective social media service.

10. Copyright

All content on www.truebrodo.ch are intangible property protected and may be used only with written permission of True Brodo GmbH.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision or part of these terms and conditions prove to be void or invalid, the validity of the terms and conditions of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contractual relationship between the True Brodo GmbH and its customers is governed by Swiss law.

Exclusive jurisdiction is 2502 Biel.
